    1. Can these earbuds be used for phone calls?


      • Most definitely, our earbuds have a HD microphone, which picks up clear audio from the user. Simply click the function button once, to answer a phone call, or double press it to decline.


    2. What is the sound quality like?


      • Our wireless earbuds are built with two state of the art, high-grade speakers which deliver incredibly detailed sound, with excellent tones and bass.


    3. How far can I walk away from my device with the earbuds in my ear?


      • When listening to both earbuds you can walk as far as 30 feet (10 meters) from your device. When listening to one earbud you can walk as far as 60 feet (20 meters) away from your device, all while listening to music or making phone calls.


    4. Sometimes I may only want to use one earbud, is this possible?


      • Yes, just turn on one of the earbuds and connect it to your device. For more information on setting up your wireless earbuds, visit our setup guide.


    5. Are the earbuds waterproof?


      • HighKey Wireless Earbuds are sweat and water resistant, not waterproof. Please be careful not to submerge or drop them in water.


    6. A lot of my headphones stop working, will this happen to HighKey Wireless Earbuds?

    7. Are all smart phones, tablets and devices compatible with HighKey Wireless Earbuds?


      • In general all newer devices with Bluetooth® 3.0 or Bluetooth® 4.0, that can enable pairing, should work with our earbuds.


    8. How long does the battery last?


      • Up to 3.5 hours when using both of the earbuds at once, and up to 6 hours when using the earbuds individually.


    9. How long does it take to charge the 2.0 Wireless Earbuds?


      • The charging case takes 2 hours to re-charge and the earbuds take 1 hour and a half to re-charge, in the charging case.

What is the difference between the original and 2.0 Wireless Earbuds?

  1. The 2.0's come with a charging case, which allows for 15 hours of continuous listening, on a single charge.
  2. The 2.0's feature CSR technology, allowing them to deliver clear high's and deep bass.
  3. The 2.0's have a height that is 0.4cm smaller than the original model.

  1. How is it a Charging Backpack?


    • The HighKey Backpack comes with a 12 000 mAh Power Bank.

  2. How big is the HighKey Backpack?


    • Height: 15.7 inches (40 cm) Length: 11 inches (28 cm) Width: 4.5 inches (11.5 cm).

  3. Is there a compartment for my laptop?


    • Yes, there is a fleece padded sleeve, on the inside of the main compartment. The laptop sleeve can fit a 15-inch laptop.


  4. Do you offer warranty on the HighKey Backpack?

  5. How many times can the bag charge my device?


    • The Backpack comes with an included Power Bank! The Power Bank has a 12 000 mAh capacity, which will charge the average phone 4-5 times.


  6. What is the HighKey Backpack made of?


    • Exterior: PU leather 
    • Interior: 100% nylon and fleece


  7. How do I clean the HighKey Backpack?


    • Start by removing all electronics from the bag. Fill a bucket with warm water. Mix in dish detergent until bubbles start to form. Dip a clean, soft rag in the soapy water and squeeze off the excess water. Gently wipe the stains clean with the damp rag until the stain is removed. Wipe off the area with a clean, dry, soft rag afterward. Leave the backpack to air dry.
    • NOTE: This backpack should only be spot cleaned, to avoid the leather from soaking in water.


  8. Where does the Power Bank go, in the HighKey Backpack?


    • There are 2 side pockets (on the inside of the backpack). The Power Bank can be placed in either inside pocket. The charging cable plugs into the Power Bank and goes through a metal ring inside the side pocket. This design allows you to charge your devices outside of the backpack.

  9. Do I have to charge the Power Bank that comes in the HighKey Backpack?


    • Yes, the Power Bank takes approximately 10 hours to charge.


  10. Is the HighKey Backpack waterproof?


    • The HighKey Backpack is water resistant not water proof.

  1. How loud can the speaker go?


    • The HighKey Speaker has an output power of 20 watts, allowing the speaker to reach a max volume of 92 dB. The diagram below is a loudness comparison chart:

  2. Is the speaker waterproof


    • Yes, the HighKey Speaker has an IPX-7 waterproof rating. IPX-7 means the speaker is protected against short durations of water immersion. Max immersion for less than 30 minutes and at a depth of less than 1 meter.

  3. How far away can my device be from my speaker?


    • The speaker has a wireless range of up to 45 feet (~13 meters).


  4. Can the speaker take phone calls?


    • Yes, The speaker is perfect for taking phone and conference calls. The speaker features an HD microphone for a clear phone call conversations. For the clearest audio, it is recommended that you speak within 3 feet of the speaker.


  5. I heard the speaker can charge my devices. How is this possible?


    • The speaker features a 5V USB output, at the back of the speaker. You can plug any USB cord into this port, to charge your portable devices. The speaker can charge the average phone 2 times.


  6. What is the battery life on the speaker?


    • The speaker can last up to 14 hours while playing audio and takes 3-4 hours to re-charge.


  7. Are all smart phones, tablets and devices compatible with HighKey Speaker?


    • In general all newer devices with Bluetooth® 3.0 or Bluetooth® 4.0, that can enable pairing, should work with our speaker. If your device does not have bluetooth capabilities, you can connect to the speaker with the included AUX cable.

  9. What does a 60hz ~ 18Khz mean?


    • Frequency response is the range of bass, mids and treble. The 60hz represents the bass end of the spectrum, while the 18Khz represents the treble end.

    What are all the functions on the HighKey Speaker?

    Use the diagrams below of the HighKey Speaker, for reference of the buttons functions:

    1. Power Button

      • Press and hold to turn on.
      • Press again to turn off.
      • Press and hold for 8 seconds to reset the speaker if any operational issues occur.

    2. Mode Button

      • Press to switch between Bluetooth, AUX and MicroSD modes.

    3. Previous/Next Buttons

      • Press to navigate between songs **Available in Bluetooth and Micro SD mode only.

    4. Play/Pause Buttons

      • Press to play and pause audio. **press and hold for 3 seconds to initiate Bluetooth pairing.

    5. Volume Increase/Decrease Buttons

      • Press to increase/decrease the volume of the audio.

    6. Phone Button

      • While in Bluetooth mode, press and hold the Phone Button for 3 seconds to activate Siri or S-Voice.
      • Press once to answer an incoming call.
      • Press again to end the call.
      • Press and hold to decline a call.

    7. Charging Indicator 

      • Flashing red: Battery is low
      • Solid green: Device is charging

    8. Battery Level Indicator

      • Indicates the remaining power on the speaker, as described below: 
      • 3 LED’s (100% battery level) 
      • 2 LED’s (60% battery level)
      • 1 LED (30% battery level).

    9. AUX Indicator

      • When the indicator light is on, AUX mode is enabled.

    10. MicroSD Indicator

      • When the indicator light is on, MicroSD mode is enabled

    11. Bluetooth Indicator

      • When the indicator light is on, Bluetooth mode is enabled.
      • When the speaker is in Bluetooth pairing mode, the indicator light will be flashing blue and red.
      • Once a device has been paired, the indicator light will be blinking blue.

    12. Thermal Sensor

      • Detects the heat of your hand, activating the speakers LED buttons.

    13. NFC Area

      • Hold your device over this area to use NFC for Bluetooth connection.

    14. Microphone

      • Remain within three feet of the microphone while speaking, for the clearest audio.

    15. Charging Port (Input)

      • For use with included charging cable (micro USB cable).

    16. USB Power Port (Output)

      • Provides power to connected devices. **This function is only enabled when the speaker is on

    17. AUX (Input)

      • Connects the speaker to external media devices with the included AUX cable.

    18. MicroSD (Input)

      • Insert a MicroSD card into this slot, in order to play stored media.
